About the Project
Constructed in 1995, Rosie's Ridge was purchased from its original owner in June of 2022 as a family vacation home and mountain counterpart to the coastal Sea.Away property. After purchase, the home’s first phase of design work focused on smaller, high-impact changes — plumbing and lighting fixtures updated, wallpaper removed, paint refreshed, and the home furnished and styled to welcome guests. These photos capture Rosie's Ridge in that first era, before it was later converted from a rental property into a full-time residence.

Like many of our firm's projects, the rental era of Rosie's Ridge was designed for indoor-outdoor living. The back deck enjoys year-round mountain views and was furnished for peak guest experience — a spot to lounge with a book, an easy flow from the kitchen to an outdoor dining space, somewhere to gather and watch the sunset.
